Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary according to the type of accommodation. Please enter the dates of your stay and consult the conditions of the chosen room.
Hotel For Adults
The hotel is strictly reserved for adults over 16. No babies
Reservation deadline
Reservations must be made at least one week before the date of arrival.
Pets
Dogs weighing less than 5 kg are accepted, but are not allowed in the common areas of the hotel.
Means of payment accepted
We accept cash. Hotel Aziza Thalasso Golf accepts Visa and Master Card and reserves the right to temporarily block a certain amount on your card prior to arrival.
Cancellation and Early Departure :
*The minimum cancellation period is 3 days prior to arrival at the hotel.
*Cancellation fees :
1/ from 01/04/2024 to 30/06/2024 and from 16/09/2024 to 31/10/2024 is the value of one night according to the booking arrangement
2/ From 01/07/2024 to 15/09/2024 is the value of 03 nights depending on the booking arrangement.
In the event of early departure or non-use of the services ordered, the full amount of the order must be paid by the customer.
